Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data notacliché studios collects when you visit our website, join our email list or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We are a small clothing brand based in Lithuania and we only collect what we need.

who we are
notacliché studios ("we", "us") decides how your data is used and is responsible for it. You can reach us at support@notaclichestudios.com.
what we collect and why
email sign-up. If you join our list through the pop-up, the side tab or the footer form, we collect your email address, the time you signed up and which form you used. We use it to email you about drops and news. We do this only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
orders. When ordering opens and you buy something, we and our payment and shipping partners process your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and your order details. This is needed to deliver your order and to meet tax and accounting rules. We never see or store your full card details: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers.
messages to us. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.
accounts. If you create an account on this website, we store your email address and a protected form of your password so you can sign in.
technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
cookies and similar storage
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website. Your browser keeps a few small items so the site works: your cart, and whether you have already seen or signed up through the email pop-up. Shopify may set cookies of its own when you reach its secure checkout. See Shopify's privacy policy for details.
who we share your data with
We only share data with the services that help us run the shop. They process it on our behalf:
- Klaviyo, to send our emails and store the email list.
- Shopify, for the shop, checkout, payments and orders.
- Supabase, for the database behind this website, hosted in the EU.
- Cloudflare, to host and protect the website.
- Google, for the email inbox we use to answer you.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards required by EU law, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
how long we keep it
Email sign-ups stay on our list until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- show you the data we hold about you;
- correct it or delete it;
- limit or object to how we use it;
- give you a copy of it in a portable format;
- stop emailing you, by withdrawing your consent.
Write to support@notaclichestudios.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).

This website is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
